Jewelry Designer And Sculptor

My name is Melika Attarian. I was born in 1993 in Tehran, Iran. I studied Graphic design in
preuniversity, and I graduated from University of Tehran in the field of Sculpture. I am currently
studying for my second bachelor’s degree in the field of Decoration with a concentration in jewelry designing and sculpture at Florence Academy of Fine Art.
My father is the role model I always looked up to as a child. He is a gold and jewelry manufacturer. The visits to my father’s goldsmith lab when I was a child and also, the summer
internships I did as a high school student in his lab, grew a passion for creation and design in me.
During my undergraduate study at the University of Tehran and also my work experience prior and after that, I have been able to improve and expand on skills such as sketching and ideation
for jewelry design. I am also experienced in working with wax and 3D modeling with Rhino Matrix.
In my opinion, doing research and staying up to date are both crucial for idea processing.
Moreover, my previous work experience has helped me to improve and expand on my time management, communication and teamwork skills.
I am an ambitious and goal-driven person with a positive attitude. I like to challenge myself every day on both a personal and professional level. I am constantly looking for opportunities
to improve and expand on my skills.
